What's Involved

​​​​I offer counselling both in person and online via Zoom.  Once we have made contact, we would meet for an initial Assessment; this is offered at no cost and with no obligation.  This first meeting gives us an opportunity to talk through what may be troubling you, your hopes for counselling and to consider whether we would like to work together. 

Thereafter we would enter into a contract setting out what has been agreed. Sessions would be one hour and usually weekly. As a collaborative process, we would regularly review our work together to ensure we are staying on track and continuing to meet your needs.   

I have a quiet counselling room in Penrith, with on-site parking.

My fee is £70 per hour.
